Soul Connection creates a sacred space for you. To help you to connect with your own essence, where you feel safe and protected, to help with what needs letting go, to absorb what needs to be absorbed, to shift what needs shifting. Bringing you in alignment with your own centre.

During our sessions we can combine a mix of Reiki, sound / toning / instrument / light-language and song. Or if you prefer, you can choose Reiki, healing and a individual or group Sound Bath / Sound Journey.

We can work with Neuro Emotional Integration (NEI) on its own. This is an energetic deep dive, looking at physical symptoms or other unexplainable symptoms. We will be connecting with your subconsciousness for answers.

We work with what comes up in the moment. This could be release of emotional turmoil / old patterns/ karmic baggage, or grounding you in your own centre and our beautiful Mother Earth, and bringing you in alignment / (re-)connecting you with your soul essence.
